Kosciusko is an all-level, mostly-realistic wild horse RPG set in the Australian outback and based on the concept of the Silver Brumby book series. Don't worry if you've not read the books, the plot and setting explains it all!
An old stalwart, Kosciusko is a persevering RPG and though it was established back in 2006, it still maintains a core group of dedicated and active members who are fun and friendly and always love to see new faces.
Running wild and free in the High Country of the Snowy Mountains, the Kosciusko brumbies have all sorts of adventures. Stallions fight to increase their herds, and to ultimately become King of the High Country. If that wasn't enough, mares like to keep them on their toes while colts and fillies get into trouble and the dangers of the High Country lurk around every corner.
Men come in the warmer months to capture and tame the wild brumbies, and it takes all their wit and skill to evade the men on their stock-horses with their dogs. Members are allowed one or two human characters of their own to hunt the High Country with their domestic animals, on the look out for brumbies to catch.
Players are also encouraged to play other Australian animals that roam the High Country along side the brumbies.
