Kristen always has an open ear and caring heart despite her stone-like appearance. There are some friends she doesn‘t treat too kindly because some of them have lied to her and she knows it. -Kristen is an excellent cook. When home she even cooks for her brother and his wife. It‘s one of the things she enjoys when she‘s upset. She used to try to sneak into the kitchens to make a snack late at night, but after the run in with the house elves who work there she hasn‘t dared to try it again.
-Sing language. Kristen’s mother was deaf so Kristen learned sign language as a way to speak to her. It’s also why she can be so descriptive when it comes to her writing cause she also had to write things to her mom.

**BEFORE AND AFTER**
How Did You Come To Be/Childhood:
Kristen‘s parent are both born English. But her birth was something special. Her mother had gotten pregnant right before their wedding. It was one of the wedding presents for her father, who was overjoyed. They took an easy honeymoon and beginning of their married life. Her mother had a calm pregnancy. Until 8 and a half months came around. Her father‘s dad died back in the states-where his father was originally from. Despite being in the third trimester, Kristen’s parents traveled for the funeral together. The stress and emotion was too much. Towards the end of the funeral, Kristen‘s mother went into labor. Due to being born in the United States, she automatically had duel citizenship. They stayed until Kristen was three months so she was able to fly back.
Her big brother was happy to have a little sister. Despite her coming along when he was nine years old, he was always ready to help out. They grew up close. He looked over her as she grew up and times got hard. Eventually it would come in very hand.
Coming To Hogwarts:
Kristen was excited to start up school at Hogwarts. Her brother had just graduated only three years prior. He had told her lots of stories and even helped out his parents when her powers started to show. Sometimes he was the only one who could calm down her fits which caused problems. Because of him, her first year was much more enjoyable then she could have thought. He had even told her little tricks about getting around the castle as well. But nothing could have prepared her for February of that year.
Kristen had only been back to school for a week when her brother suddenly came to the castle in an unexpected visit. He was upset. He could barely get out to young Kristen and the headmaster what had happened. Their parents had been celebrating their anniversary…dad had a special reservation…they were by the window…the guy just drove into the building…he wanted to die…dad had died there…mom was in surgery…Kristen had to go home now…
It was only a couple hours later when their mom had died. The next week was a haze for Kristen there was the funeral and then she had to move to her brother‘s. He let her go back to school once her room was packed up and all her boxes at his apartment. He took care of selling the house and putting everything in storage. All the furniture and all their parents things. Maybe they‘d get a new house later on, but they both knew they couldn‘t live there again. Kristen walked through the next couple months like a ghost. When she came out, exams were coming up and she had to crunch because she couldn‘t remember almost three months of her life.
Kristen learned not to grieve in such severe ways, but it was ok to miss them. Things got better living at the apartment. Her brother already knew some of her habits and she knew his. It was just getting used to her brother now was her guardian. When she was twelve he began to date a nice muggle girl. Kristen loved her because she had never had a sister. A year later her brother proposed and they had a nice summer wedding when she was thirteen. Kristen was the best “woman“ since her brother didn‘t have many friends and Kristen was his best. It was a small and cozy wedding. But after that some things changed.
Kristen had started to have problems with her social life at school. Kristen had started to date a great guy and they went through their third and fourth years together. But during the Christmas break, Kristen got devastating news. She was pregnant. Kristen didn‘t know how to tell her boyfriend, but she couldn‘t get through it without her brother and Carrie. While it wasn‘t received well at first, Carrie began to help prepare Kristen for everything possible. Setting up appointments and buying her all the prenatal vitamins she needed. With the help of Carrie, Kristen decided to wait to tell her boyfriend. It ended up being a good thing to.
During the appointment just before she hit three months, there was an issue. Kristen was rushed to the hospital. After nearly three hours she was told that she had lost the baby. She stayed in the hospital for the next week until her baby…when she returned to school things with her boyfriend were silently ended and she simply told people her sister had to go to the hospital as why she was gone.
After that, Kristen changed. She suddenly went on a rebellious streak. She went to parties more often and got two tattoos over the course of her fifth year with some friends. She started to tell her brother and sister-in-law where she was going less and less often. Sometimes she didn‘t come home at all. She simply drew back what she was feeling within herself and focused on anything else but her own life. There were guys she dated, but nothing serious. Kristen wants to become a healer. It‘s what she‘s avidly has wanted to do since she was in the third year. Hopefully someday she can start a family, but part o fit involves actually trusting someone and letting them in.
